Job summary

Epic Hosting in Madison, WI is seeking a Security Operations Technician to join our SOC team securing Epic's SaaS infrastructure for healthcare clients. You will identify security events and coordinate investigations across multiple teams.

You’ll pursue long-term process improvements, stay current on threats, and help implement new information security solutions. Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise security tools and processes.
• Experience with log analysis, monitoring, and auditing in a SOC.
• Security certifications are a plus (GSEC, SSCP, ECSA, Security+).
• Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell is helpful.
• Experience with Active Directory and access management is a plus.
• Familiarity with SIEM, MFA, and ITIL tools will be useful.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
