Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior security officer experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Security License if required by state, driver’s license as applicable.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Other Qualifications: Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; maintain a working phone number.
• Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods; lift 50 lbs; patrol interior/exterior; work in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising operations of an assigned Client site on shift.
• Report to Site Supervisor/Director and/or Marksman; manage a team of security officers including scheduling and training.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property; handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Develop staff through coaching and performance management; maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain access control procedures, post orders, and logs; coordinate investigations as needed.
