Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee an assigned client site on shift, lead security officers, and ensure premier protection for people and property. You will coordinate scheduling, training, and performance, while maintaining strict access control and CCTV monitoring.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3 years of supervisory security experience and a valid state license where required. A strong command of English and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior supervisory security experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid security license if required by state; driver’s license as applicable.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help supervise operations of an assigned client site on the assigned shift.
• Manage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and recognition.
• Maintain access control procedures and operate CCTV/visitor systems.
• Record data on incidents, logs, and properties; coordinate investigations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support on site.
