Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Security Operator for the North American SOC in Boyers, PA. You will safeguard people, property, and processes by monitoring systems, coordinating resources, managing incidents, and delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities include continuous monitoring, incident response, system integrity checks, threat analysis, documentation, and staying current with security trends and practices.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in private security, law enforcement, or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred in a related field.
• Knowledge of alarm monitoring, dispatching, and resource coordination.
• Calm under pressure with sound decision-making.
• Experience with security tech like CCTV and access control.
• Familiarity with emergency management and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and threat intel for incidents.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; dispatch personnel or services.
• Follow security protocols and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Analyze threats, assess impact, and suggest mitigations.
• Document incidents and investigations clearly.
• Stay updated on threats, trends, and best practices.
