phia LLC is seeking a Cyber Operations Analyst (SOC Threat Management) to support 24x7 monitoring for a large Federal agency CSOC. The role emphasizes advanced threat detection, incident analysis, and leveraging AI/ML and automation to enhance SOC efficiency.

The ideal candidate has IT/cyber incident management experience and hands-on use of security tools in cloud environments, with a strong focus on threat intelligence and intrusion analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in cybersecurity or SOC operations.
• Experience with threat detection, intrusion analysis, and incident response.
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Support 24x7 monitoring, detection, and management of advanced cyber threats.
• Perform deep-dive incident analysis by correlating data from multiple sources.
• Interpret SIEM/SOAR outputs to identify potential security incidents.
• Escalate complex incidents per Playbooks and SOPs; collaborate with Threat Management team.
