Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service or 1 year security experience preferred.
• Experience in data entry and emergency situations and fast-paced environments.
• Some experience with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues including issuance of badges.
• Act as communications specialist during emergencies (e.g., Fire, Severe Weather, 911 Calls).
• Coordinate preliminary and follow-up investigations of complaints with Security Management.
• Maintain daily reports and incident records on all activities during the shift.
• Perform other duties to meet department and institutional goals and maintain attendance.
• Adhere to St. Jude values and participate in performance review processes.
