Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide institution-wide customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues (e.g., badges/hangtags).
• Act as communication specialist during emergencies (Fire/Weather/911).
• Coordinate with Security Management on investigations of complaints.
• Maintain daily reports and incident records; provide written reports.
• Meet performance expectations and adhere to policies; participate in performance reviews.
