Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service or 1 year security related experience.
• Experience with data entry and working in emergency situations and fast-paced stressful environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues, including issuing personnel badges and hangtags.
• Act as a communication specialist during emergencies (Fire, Severe Weather, 911 Calls).
• Coordinate with Security Management in preliminary and follow-up investigation of complaints.
• Maintain daily reports and written incident reports on shift activities.
• Perform other duties to meet department and institutional goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Adhere to policies and deliver quality work while upholding St. Jude values.
