Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of the organization’s information security vision.
• Oversee high‑impact security projects, ensuring alignment with immediate operational needs and long‑term business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate security initiatives into the broader organizational strategy.
• Direct the implementation of advanced security technologies and controls, ensuring they meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead mentorship programs to develop future leaders within the security team and promote continuous learning.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to enhance security practices and risk management.
• Develop and maintain security metrics to assess performance and continuously improve security operations.
• Drive organizational change management related to security policies and foster a security‑first culture.
• Manage resource allocation and budgeting for the security department, ensuring efficient operations while supporting growth.
• Represent ATPCO in industry forums and maintain knowledge of emerging security trends to evolve the company’s security posture.
