Leidos Security Operations seeks an experienced Executive Protection Program Manager to safeguard the company’s executives and high-value assets. The role requires managing a three-person team, planning protective operations, and coordinating with security analysts and government agencies to maintain high standards of safety and compliance.

The position is based at the Reston, Virginia headquarters, with travel as needed and a focus on integrating cybersecurity with physical protection.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of executive protection experience, preferably in a corporate security setting.
• Proven ability to coordinate with U.S. government security agencies (DSS, FBI, DHS) and handling security clearances.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefings with senior leadership.
• Current CPR and AED certifications; valid driver’s license with clean record.

• Lead and manage executive protection operations for the CEO, ELT, and Board members.
• Recruit, train, and lead a three-person protection team including an executive driver.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments for events, movements, and site visits.
