Job summary

TSTC seeks a seasoned project lead with depth in security engineering and governance to guide a geographically dispersed team of security engineers and report to senior leadership.

You will own project execution, drive risk-informed decisions, review deliverables for accuracy, and ensure compliance with government standards in a fast-paced environment. Remote, hybrid options available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years of related security compliance experience.
• Must have a CISSP or a CISM.
• Provide guidance, management, and leadership for maintenance of ATO for IT systems; identify current security postures; assess risks for future programs; design security solutions; perform alternative analyses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for IT Systems.
• Identify current security postures of IT systems.

• Review and ensure accuracy of security deliverables; interface with government and senior leadership.
