Securitas USA is seeking a Global Datacenter Program Manager to serve as a strategic security advisor for a major global datacenter client. This remote role focuses on managing a $40M security services portfolio across locations, with a strong preference for candidates in Chicago, IL or South Bend, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security management, or related field.
• Professional security certifications (CPP, PSP) are a plus.
• Experience in datacenter or mission-critical environments.
• Strong vendor and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary security advisor for a major global datacenter client.
• HOLD full P&L ownership for ~ $40M in annual revenue.
• Lead Security Risk Reviews and safety programs for datacenter facilities.
• Coordinate global RFI/RFP responses and pricing strategies.
• Lead monthly business reviews with client and Securitas leadership.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights.
