Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in security, prior supervision of low to mid-level managers, and a valid security license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of proven security scheduling experience.
• 2–3 years of managing low to mid-level managers and supervisory experience.
• 5 years of experience in the security industry.
• Valid security license in the state of application.
• At least 25 years of age with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain daily security schedules for multiple sites/cities.
• Ensure officer attendance at posts and enact progressive discipline as needed.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new guards and ongoing training.
• Fill open posts and manage field supervision to ensure seamless operations.
• Review daily reports and manage division paperwork and HR tasks.
