Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Las Vegas to oversee daily operations, contract performance, and large security teams. The role focuses on improving operations capabilities and delivering timely, data-driven decisions.

The position requires a background in operations/project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and data reporting tools. PMP is a plus and overtime may be necessary in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in operations management and project management.
• Able to independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products (MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint).
• Understanding of security operations and contracts management preferred.
• Experience in using KPIs to drive operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational and administrative functions of multiple security contracts.
• Communicate contract performance status to SVP of Operations and identify deficiencies.
• Support SVP of Operations in decision-making process.
• Develop and implement project plans to improve operations in Nevada.
• Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards for executive review.
• Ensure high standards of conduct, appearance, and training.
