DK Security is seeking an Operations Manager in Michigan to lead contract and temporary security programs across the region. You will supervise site staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development with a flexible, field-based schedule.

The role requires CPL, strong communication, and organizational skills, with reporting to the Director of Operations. Occasional travel and a 40+ hour work week are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration preferred.
• Concentration in Security Management preferred.
• Concealed Pistols License (CPL) required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management and client relationships oversight.
• Oversee Site Supervisors and Security Officers in the region.
• Ensure site visits are completed and employees properly outfitted.
