Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory roles with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within the specified region and work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to manage contract security staff and client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management for Supervisors and Security Officers across contracts.
• Foster client relationships and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Oversee site visits and ensure timely equipment and uniform distribution.
• Coordinate training, performance appraisals, and progressive discipline when necessary.
• Manage overtime, payroll submissions, and field operations in the designated region.
