Qualifications

• Minimal 18 years old with HS diploma or GED
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and email
• Willingness to travel to various locations and cover shifts at short notice

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and supervise assigned officers
• Maintain client communication and ensure adherence to policies
• Oversee site post orders and training of officers
• Approve time sheets and manage payroll
• Prepare and review incident reports and equipment inventories
