Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and evaluate the work of personnel in Security Units.
• Determine workload, schedule personnel, and process timekeeping.
• Monitor fire, panic, and access control alarms.
• Evaluate work standards and methods for efficiency.
• Issue access control cards and oversee CCTV and access systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, or annual statistical reports.
• Resolve complaints and determine effective resolutions to security problems.
• Conduct research/audits, report findings and make recommendations to management.
• Plan and assign work schedules for all duty posts.
• May receive/investigate security incidents and write reports.
