First Coast Security is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day security across corporate facilities and client sites. You will report to the Director of Security and act as a hands‑on operational leader bridging strategy with execution.

The role suits a security professional aiming for junior director level with clear advancement pathways, requiring strong leadership, coverage of access control, CCTV, and post orders compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in physical security with supervisory or management exposure.
• Experience managing guard forces, access control systems, and CCTV infrastructure.
• Knowledge of emergency response and risk mitigation principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily physical security operations across multiple facilities and client sites.
• Lead investigations and coordinate with HR, Legal, and leadership on incidents.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site security plans and continuity procedures.
• Mentor security supervisors and officers; manage scheduling and performance records.
• Coordinate onboarding, drills, and ongoing staff development.
