Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee daily field security operations for a major healthcare client. Based in one of our regional hubs (AZ, TX, CA, or Las Vegas), you will supervise officers, manage schedules, and ensure client satisfaction across sites.

You will lead HRIS data integrity, coordinate training, attend weekly meetings, and drive operational excellence while maintaining strict security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in security operations, customer service, or high-volume call centers.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required state security license.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Active contact phone number required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client and internal staff relationships.
• Directly supervise, coach, and support security officers.
• Establish and maintain client site schedules with qualified personnel.
• Respond to officer call-offs, tardiness, and site emergencies.
• Maintain real-time employee data and weekly operation reports.
• Oversee training and onboarding with Account Managers.
• Attend weekly operational meetings and coordinate support services.
