Job summary

Marksman Security Corporation is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee operations at client sites on shift, lead a team of security officers, and ensure exceptional security services. You will manage scheduling, training, and incident handling while maintaining strict post orders and safety standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, 21+ years old, a valid Level II Security License and driver's license, and proficiency in English. Bilingual applicants are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 2 years of prior security officer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Level II Noncommissioned Security License and valid driver's license.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of assigned client site on shift.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training and coaching.
• Ensure high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies as needed.
• Maintain post orders and training standards; conduct site-specific training.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and coordinate investigations.
• Monitor access control and CCTV systems; verify visitors and tenants.
• Provide excellent customer service and support at all times.
