Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager in New York to drive daily security operations, lead a team of security officers and supervisors, and ensure service excellence for our clients.

You will oversee scheduling using AI-powered tools, develop client relationships, coordinate incident response, and ensure compliance with safety and security standards. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cost control.

Qualificações

• Two years of experience in security operations or supervising teams.
• Ability to manage client relationships and scheduling with AI tools.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and cost-control skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule security officers leveraging AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms/equipment).
