Job summary

DK Security is seeking an Operations Manager to lead contract and temporary security operations across the Southeast MI region, including Troy. You will supervise site Supervisors and Security Officers, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business development initiatives.

The role requires flexible scheduling and some travel. Responsibilities include contract management, client relations, site visits, and ensuring 16 billable hours per week are met while coordinating training and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory positions.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible schedule with light traveling.
• Must have Michigan Concealed Pistols License (CPL).

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Lead Supervisors and Security Officers in maintaining client relationships and adhering to policies.
• Oversee relationships between client contacts and assigned operations staff.
• Ensure Supervisors complete required site visits and outfit employees promptly.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and clients and manage performance reviews.
• Oversee all temporary assignments within designated region and ensure MOUs and post guidelines are communicated.
