Job summary

DK Security is seeking an Operations Manager to lead contract and temporary security operations in the assigned region. You will supervise site Supervisors and Officers, manage client relations, and ensure compliance with post orders and training requirements.

This full-time, 1st shift role requires a CPL, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Travel within the region and fieldwork are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration; Security Management concentration preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a security manager or above in government or corporate service.
• Must obtain Concealed Pistols License (CPL) if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and oversight of client relationships.
• Oversee Site Supervisors and Security Officers in the field.
• Ensure required site visits are completed and training/compliance is met.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and clients.
• Perform performance appraisals and implement disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts with HR to deploy qualified staff.
• Oversee temporary accounts and overtime/payroll handling.
• Maintain site equipment, uniforms, and incident reporting.
• Be on-call for operations needs and support business development.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and participate in on-site management.
