Job summary

DK Security in Michigan seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to help lead contract and temporary security operations across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with scheduling, site visits, and payroll processes while supporting the Operations Managers and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role offers progression toward an Operations Manager position with training, mentorship, and a focus on professional growth within a reputable security firm.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in security management or supervision desirable.
• Must be able to obtain CPL within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Managers with scheduling for all contracts and temporary security.
• Help manage temporary security assignments including setup and site visits.
• Support payroll processes and complete payroll for assignments as needed.
• Conduct weekly afterhours site visits and relay reports to Operations.
• Train as Uniform Security Officer at multiple locations in SE Michigan.
• Provide backup support for other Operations Managers as required.
• Attend staff meetings and brief on assignments and responsibilities.
