Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking a People-Centric Operations Leader to supervise and develop the branch's installation and service teams. You will mentor staff, align workflow with customer expectations, and drive efficiency in system design, installation, and service across operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to security codes, and ongoing professional growth, with opportunities for travel and multi-team collaboration in a dynamic Midwest environment.

Qualifications

• Lead technician/manager experience in electronic security.
• Strong knowledge of installation, design, and repair of Electronic Security Systems.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• Able to obtain industry licenses/certifications.
• Willingness to pursue NICET II certification within a specified timeframe.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong math skills; knowledge of fire/electrical codes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness for occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaboration between Operations and Sales, Customer Service, and Monitoring Center.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee skills and customer satisfaction.
• Guide enforcement of operations policies and procedures.
• Inspire and motivate staff through hiring, training, and evaluation processes.
• Spearhead initiatives to improve branch operations and customer support.
• Mentor technicians in security technology and monitoring center operations.
• Champion false alarm reduction and service efficiency improvements.
