The role requires strong project management, analytical skills, and a focus on safety and quality. The candidate will coordinate with HR on training, ensure hourly staff coverage seven days a week, and monitor costs against targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversees branch operations and development of branch services.
• Ensures client satisfaction and meets contractual commitments.
• Manages staffing, training, and performance at assigned sites.
