Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Electronic Security (Tech) in Mishawaka, IN. You will supervise Installation, Inventory, and Service Departments, hire and mentor staff, and work with Sales on system design and requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience as a lead technician, manager, or supervisor in electronic security.
• Strong knowledge of installation, design and repair of electronic security systems.
• Must be able to obtain required licensure/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Installation, Inventory, and Service Departments.
• Interview, hire, lead and evaluate staff.
• Assist Sales with system design and requirements.
• Develop and enforce branch operations policies and procedures.
• Coordinate service dispatch and monitor center activities.
• Provide regular training to employees.
