Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Mishawaka, Indiana, is seeking a proven leader to supervise our Installation, Inventory and Service Departments within Electronic Security operations. This role focuses on mentoring staff, enforcing policies, and delivering reliable security solutions for customers.

You'll work with a talented team, travel as needed, and help drive branch growth while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training or degree in related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a lead technician, manager or supervisor in the Electronic Security Industry.
• Must be able to obtain specified licensure/certifications to perform work.
• NICET II certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Mathematical skills and knowledge of fire/electrical codes for safe installations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales in system design and requirements.
• Supervise Installation, Inventory, and Service Departments.
• Interview, hire, lead and evaluate staff.
• Assist and train technicians on Monitoring Center and alarm technology.
• Assist service dispatch and reduce false alarms.
• Provide regular training opportunities to employees.
• Assist in developing service/installation efficiencies and branch operations.
• All other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
