Qualifications

• Florida Class D Security License is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of security supervision or leadership experience.
• Flexible and on-call schedule availability.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, residents, visitors, and guests professionally.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
• Develop site-specific security policies and procedures.
• Ensure officers perform duties including timesheets, logs, and incident reports.
• Review and verify reports and logs for accuracy.
• Address and resolve employee relations and payroll concerns timely.
• Recruit, hire, and train security officers to ensure coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections for compliance with standards.
• Utilize and monitor CCTV, radios, and computers/tablets.
• Communicate important information promptly to the team.
• Manage security personnel including scheduling, coaching, and discipline.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
