Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7–10 years in an operations management role, preferably in security.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and client engagement.
• Proficiency with scheduling software, budgeting tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial performance with data analysis abilities.
• Familiarity with security protocols, compliance regulations, and incident response.
• Security or management certifications (CPP, PMP) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple sites and meet SLAs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security coordinators, guards, and staff.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients to address security needs and satisfaction.
• Coordinate resource allocation, shifts, and equipment distribution.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct audits, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for operations.
• Lead incident response and crisis management with law enforcement when needed.
• Collaborate on strategic planning to align with company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
