Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Operations Manager to lead security service delivery across client sites. You will oversee hiring, staffing, scheduling, training, and compliance, while supporting employees and clients to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include managing selection and placement, creating post schedules in WinTeam, and overseeing payroll processes. Strong leadership and budget awareness are required for this role in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a high-volume workforce.
• Experience building and developing teams.
• Leadership skills that foster teamwork and client relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools for metrics analysis.
• Strong networking skills with safety and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage selection and placement for security staff and first-line supervisors.
• Make offers and manage transfers; publish weekly Open Post List; manage openings.
• Create, modify and manage post schedules in WinTeam; ensure coverage.
• Ensure staffing per contract and control branch overtime; backfill as needed.
• Maintain proactive contact with staff; review No Hours Report weekly; resolve issues.
