Job summary

DK Security, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Security Operations Manager for the Southeast MI region, based in Troy. You will lead and manage contract and temporary security assignments, oversee site supervisors and officers, and drive client relationships.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel within SE MI. A CPL is required, and the position is full-time with a first-shift schedule and a 16-hour billable expectation per week.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
• Must have Michigan CPL or the ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to travel throughout Southeast Michigan and work in the field.
• Must maintain a minimum of 16 billable hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Contract management: lead Supervisors and Security Officers and ensure client relationships and policy adherence.
• Oversee relationships between client contacts and assigned operations staff.
• Ensure site visits are completed by Supervisors and uniformly documented.
• Oversee training and certification of employees (CPR/First Aid/AED as needed).
• Manage overtime, payroll submissions, and billing processes across accounts.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain equipment and uniforms for DK accounts.
