Qualifications

• 2 years minimum security officer experience preferred.
• Must pass a drug test at hire and randomly thereafter.
• Willing to travel to various locations and cover shifts on short notice.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead assigned officers to meet site security goals.
• Oversee site training and ensure guidelines are followed.
• Maintain client communication and report to operations manager.
• Approve time sheets and payroll related tasks.
• Review incident reports and manage equipment and uniforms.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company and client policies.
