Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, associates degree preferred.
• Prior security leadership or supervision preferred.
• Ability to pass a drug test and maintain professional conduct.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage subordinates in line with policy and client expectations.
• Provide on-site leadership, staff presence, and customer interaction.
• Oversee site training and ensure adherence to post guidelines.
• Maintain updated post orders; review with client annually.
• Maintain client communications and report to operations manager.
• Approve and process time sheets; manage payroll timely.
• Support disciplinary actions per policy; document investigations.
• Review incident reports and manage site equipment/uniforms.
