Job summary

DK Security is seeking an Operations Manager in Michigan to lead contract and temporary security programs in the region. You will supervise site personnel, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with post orders while coordinating with Human Resources for staffing needs.

The role requires a CPL, strong leadership, and excellent communication. This is a full-time, on-site position with a flexible schedule and opportunities to advance within a growing security company.

Qualifications

• Requires CPL (Concealed Pistol License).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Criminal Justice or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years’ security management/leadership experience in government or corporate services.

Responsibilities

• Contract and client relationship management in the assigned region.
• Oversee site Supervisors and Officers in the field.
• Ensure completion of required site visits and proper uniforming on a timely basis.
• Maintain positive relationships with employees and clients.
• Handle payroll, overtime, and scheduling in a billable environment.
• Support business development initiatives and company goals.
