Job summary

DK Security in Troy, MI is seeking an Operations Manager to lead contract security teams across the Southeast Michigan region. You will supervise Site Supervisors and Security Officers, maintain client relationships, and report to the VP of Operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel and work on-site in the field. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and a Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL) is required for armed posts; candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or supervisory positions
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to travel throughout the region and work in the field
• 16 billable hours per week required

Responsibilities

• Lead Supervisors and Security Officers and maintain client relationships
• Oversee relationships between client contacts and operations staff
• Ensure site visits are completed and employees outfitted appropriately
• Maintain training and certification programs (CPR/First Aid) for staff
• Oversee payroll submissions and billing accuracy
• Manage overtime and field operations to meet client needs
