DK Security, Michigan’s fastest growing security company, seeks an Operations Manager to lead contract and temporary security programs in the assigned region. You will supervise site managers and officers, drive business development, ensure staffing compliance, and maintain client relations in a dynamic field environment.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and flexibility for travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or Business Administration preferred; Security Management focus preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ security manager experience in government or corporate service desirable.
• Willingness to obtain CPL; excellent customer service and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Contract management of security contracts in the assigned region.
• Oversee client relationships and site supervisors in the field.
• Ensure site visits and proper uniforming and equipment for staff.
• Maintain incident reports and on-call responsiveness.
• Support recruiting, payroll, and overtime management within the region.
