Job summary

Securitas is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee all security operations for a designated Microsoft corporate location in Irving, TX. The role emphasizes leadership, service delivery, and continuous improvement within a corporate security setting.

The ideal candidate will manage staffing, performance metrics, and client satisfaction while coordinating with stakeholders and vendor partners to deliver high-quality security services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in security operations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of physical security operations, procedures, staffing, reporting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day physical security operations for the Microsoft location.
• Develop, track, and present monthly operational reports and metrics.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training of security personnel.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to support security initiatives and incident response.
• Coordinate security planning for events and special assignments.
