Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee all security operations for a designated Microsoft corporate location.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure service excellence, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize security programs. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in security operations, strong leadership, and experience with access control and CCTV systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to meet licensing/certification requirements for the account and jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years in security operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of physical security operations, procedures, staffing, reporting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day physical security operations for the assigned Microsoft corporate location.
• Support Regional Program Manager to ensure high-quality security services and client satisfaction.
• Develop, track, and present monthly operational reports, trend analyses, and metrics.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and retention of security personnel.
• Implement performance metrics, scorecards, and reporting tools to drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders, vendor partners, Global Security teams, and local leadership.
• Coordinate security planning and support for special events, including access control, visitor management, logistics, and event security.
