Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Dallas is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead a 24/7 datacenter security operations team, ensuring a safe, compliant environment and meeting client expectations. Reporting to a Campus Security Manager, you will build a cohesive, high‑performing team across shifts and sites.

You will coordinate with campus leaders, manage SOC systems, audits, and documentation, and mentor staff while delivering proactive security services and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience in the security industry, including 3+ years of managing people.
• Experience leading teams in a security and/or datacenter environment is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as CCTV, access control systems, incident management tools, and video surveillance platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting, documentation, and operational tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, supervising subordinate officers and staff.
• Ensure service levels meet client expectations; inspect posts and initiate corrective action.
• Coordinate with management on security planning, training, and staff development.
• Maintain payroll records and other employee information; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and documentation needs to ensure smooth service delivery.
