Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Site Security Manager to lead a datacenter security team, coordinating with local staff and the Campus Security Manager to ensure a safe, compliant facility. You will manage daily security operations, personnel performance, and client relations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with CCTV and access control, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in relevant field and 4+ years of related experience in security or business management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Datacenter experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages site security personnel; recruits and hires, oversees onboarding, training, and development at the datacenter.
• Coaches security personnel and conducts disciplinary actions per policy.
• Ensures SOPs are followed and acts as responder or control room supervisor as needed.
• Maintains site health and KPIs with Campus Security Manager to improve performance.
• Oversees security systems and on-site technology maintenance.
