Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations, supervise field leadership, ensure QA/QC, and coordinate administrative tasks on contract sites.

You will lead Lieutenants, Sergeants, and Security Officers, oversee performance, ensure policy and client requirements are met, and drive continuous improvement across operational functions in a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related operations.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and oversee Lieutenants.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee post orders and patrol points for coverage and accountability.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and vehicle utilization.
• Administer workers' compensation processes and incident documentation.
• Prepare reports, audits, and operational summaries.
