Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead daily coaching, reporting, and direction of the Security Manager across our facilities. The role includes overseeing security operations, training, and coordination with third-party supervisors on enforcing regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years of related security experience.
• Experience in data center security and/or tech manufacturing spaces is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coaching, reporting and direction of the Security Manager.
• Monitor site security operations and respond to alarms per procedures.
• Train employees on emergency response procedures.
• Liaise with 3rd party Site Security Supervisor to enforce regulations.
• Develop shift patrols and supervise security guards.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly progress updates for customer engagements.
