Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an experienced SOC Analyst specializing in CCTV and alarm monitoring. The role requires real-time surveillance of video systems, intrusion alarms, and access events, coordinating with on-site teams to ensure fast incident response.

You will also track global events to identify impacts on personnel and assets. Ideal candidates bring 1–3+ years in Security Operations, a related Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in Intelligence, Security Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Able to sign an NDA and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily alerts, incidents, and site intrusion alarms.
• Administer access control, video management, and intrusion systems; dispatch security staff as needed.
• Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure timely incident response.
• Draft clear communications for internal audiences; maintain situational awareness.
• Conduct threat intelligence gathering and support action plans.
• Provide emergency and non-emergency security monitoring and event dispatch.
