Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead our security team on a new Prince George, VA factory startup. You will oversee recruitment, training, shift coverage, and day-to-day security operations for onsite facilities.

You will manage CCTV monitoring, incident response, and compliance with safety and health rules. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of security-related experience.
• DCJS Unarmed Security Registration or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• Preference for experience supervising and/or leading a team.
• Ability to be on feet most of the day and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Security personnel.
• Establish clear measurable goals and monitor results.
• Provide ongoing coaching and counseling to team members.
• Train employees on emergency response procedures.
• Monitor security cameras and respond to alarms.
• Review shift reports and escalate issues to Facilities Manager.
• Develop shift patrols and security operations and schedule.
