Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Security Manager leader to guide daily security operations at a major site. The role emphasizes coaching, performance tracking, and ensuring robust incident response across shifts.

You will oversee CCTV operations, alarms, and staff training on emergency procedures, while coordinating with the Site Security Supervisor to enforce regulations and security policies. This is an on‑site leadership role at a global manufacturing campus.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in data center security or tech manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CCTV systems and security platforms (e.g., Lenel, Genetec).
• Strong leadership, coaching and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily coaching, reporting and direction of the Security Manager.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; respond to incidents.
• Train staff on emergency procedures and security policies.
• Coordinate with third‑party Site Security Supervisor (SSS) for regulations and incidents.
• Develop shift patrols and summarize monthly/quarterly security updates.
