Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Cambridge MA is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers at one or more client sites.

You will ensure adherence to post orders, complete rounds, file required reports, and coordinate with clients and management to uphold security standards. Responsibilities include coaching and disciplining staff, training personnel, maintaining schedules, and providing quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of related security experience.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to supervise multiple posts and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites; ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed.
• Coach and discipline personnel; meet with employees and document actions; seek guidance as needed.
• Train Security Officers and review post orders with staff.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports as required.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and deliver quality service.
