Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Security Specialist to support security policies, monitor systems, and manage badge, video, and alarm needs. You will act as the primary on-call contact for security requests and assist with data collection, reporting, and investigations.

Responsibilities include operating security software/equipment, coordinating service calls, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with Facilities, Branch Experience, and Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of related security experience.
• Associates Degree or completion of a two-year college degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal security systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of security policies and procedures.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and service security software and equipment including badges, cameras, TracPack, and ENS.
• Provide 24-hour on-call response for physical security and incidents.
• Coordinate service calls and maintain investigation reports.
