Job summary

Community Choice Credit Union is seeking a Security Analyst II to strengthen cybersecurity and protect member data across applications, systems, and networks. In this hands-on role, you’ll investigate threats, improve controls, and partner with Technology teams and external providers.

You will lead threat investigations, support incident response, and drive risk reduction through demonstrated ownership and proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• At least four years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Experience investigating security alerts and supporting incident response.
• Experience with vulnerability management and remediation tracking.
• Experience administering enterprise security platforms.
• Working knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and detection concepts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate alerts with our SOC to validate threats and coordinate response.
• Support incident containment, remediation, and recovery activities.
• Coordinate vulnerability findings and track remediation with owners.
• Administer Defender, Entra ID, Purview, and DLP tools.
• Develop security procedures and incident response playbooks.
